To cancel my apt because the person who was supposed to do the work called and said she will be unable to come because I’m 1 1/2 hrs from her and she only he’s paid $50

Since no work was done I cant rate the service but I had this booked for a number of days now. I had my old AC pulled out of the window to be ready for my new one to be installed .so now Im sitting here in the heat 95degreed.

I would of thought the person who was supposed to do it would of looked at this order sooner . Not happy at all as I am a 70 yr old female living by myself and unable to lift anything heavy It would be impossible for me to mysrlf

You charged me on june 19th for a mowing I did NOT get!!! Please refund, i need this MONEY!!!

On Sunday June 23rd when mowers come at 10:00 please remember it is a NO CHARGE!!! The pro came on sunday, but because Angi did not communicate with him he came without proper tools! His mower and weedeater stopped working and he was unable to finish the job!!!

Miguel and his son were so kind, they were great!!! I blame Angi for the terrible job on my lawn!!!

I will never use Angi again. When I did reach customer service, they could not direct me to anyone who could address my issues. I had to coordinate my service myself. I never did receive a response from someone @ Angi that could resolve my issues! Please cancel my membership. I’m sure that won’t happen since you really don’t listen to your customers.
