Shuan said he could not find the glass for the window. He said it would take three weeks to repair the glass.

It has to be ordered. I had to get some one else to replace and repair the window. I paid four hundred and three dollars to ANGI and the guy said he could not do the repairs.

I would like to get my four hundred and thirty three dollars back. I had to pay seven hundred and fifty dollars to replace the window.

Customer service did not place my number on the 'Do Not Call' list. I've spoken over the last 2 weeks, not counting weekends, to stop this.

The customer service representative's behavior is not amusing. All the calls coming from the 559 area code need to stop.

ANGI Homeservices - No-Show

I paid for Angi Complete Service for a move-out cleaning of my apartment. My appointment time came and went.

After scrambling to contact Angi for over 30 minutes, constant 'Install the App' (useless) from off-shore support and apologies, they rebooked me for 2 days later. This was my move-out day and I needed them that day, not two days later. They apologized again and offered a $10 credit. To me, this was comical.

I paid a premium price for a seamless, 'worry-free' Angi experience and received a $10 credit in return.

But that wasn't all! I was obviously frantic. While searching for contact information in my account after booking my Angi service, they 'upgraded me' without my consent, from my legacy Angie's List $5.55 annual membership to a $29.95 annual membership. I was now furious.

It took several more email correspondences with Angi support to have my credit card removed from their database. It has now been removed, as well as my Angi account.

Issues with Booking

ANGI Homeservices - Issues with Booking

Hello, I had scheduled with Angies list a project for firm Furniture Assembly, which was described as a 10 by 12 foot gazebo. Initially one person was sent to assemble the product.

I later sent in a photo of the actual product that required assembly. The pro did call me or come by my house and said he needed a second person and the job would take at least five hours. We then called back and try to schedule a second person and was charged for the second person. Future scheduled appointments were incomplete because two pros afterwards never showed finally the fourth attempt the same pro that initially came by my home had looked at the booking and stated the booking was scheduled wrong and there was only one person scheduled to come out to my home.

Angies list had not only the picture of the other description of the item that required to be assembled, but they put me in for a childs furniture to be assembled , so after four tips of getting this project completed, I was very frustrated and decided just to find my own individual person to get the project completed. I have yet never in the past had a problem with ages until this point so whoever is booking clients I guess and to listen to the customer to get correct information about products, and people required to complete the product.

I had a computer hutch assembled today by two people Angi arranged. I am not at all happy with how my $2000 computer hutch looks There are wires all visible in the front of the unit and I cannot figure out how to turn the light on and off without unplugging it.

I have photos of how it looks, and all these wires and connectors should not be visible. I made the mistake of tipping the couple without really looking at the assembly carefully.

Urgent Complaint - Fraudulent Service Provider on Angie's List (Project ID: 29224****)

To Whom It May Concern at Angie's List,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent service provider I encountered through your platform. Despite my project being clearly visible on your app under ID # 29224****, your customer service representative was unable to locate it when I called.

I hired Anthony from LiquidComputerz for computer services. He quoted me $800 for labor and parts, promising to build and install a new computer in my home office. After completing a portion of the work, he claimed my existing equipment was incompatible and refused to finish the job. He agreed to refund the full $800 and provided a refund receipt through Square, along with a text message confirming the refund. However, the funds have not been deposited into my account, and my bank is currently investigating the matter.

I believe I have been scammed by this service provider. I urge Angie's List to take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and assist me in recovering my $800. Your platform's reputation relies on the trustworthiness of the service providers you list, and allowing fraudulent individuals to operate unchecked undermines the trust customers place in Angie's List.

I have attached the following evidence to support my claim:

- Screenshot of the Square refund receipt

- Text message from Anthony confirming the refund

- Any other relevant communication with the service provider

I request that Angie's List:

- Investigate Anthony Kron (561) 866-**** and LiquidComputerz and take appropriate action if they are found to be fraudulent.

- Assist me in recovering my $800 refund.

- Review your internal processes to ensure such incidents are prevented in the future.

I trust that Angie's List will take this complaint seriously and act swiftly to resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

ANGI Homeservices - Complaint

I contracted one of your recommended service contracts for my son's driveway and it is worse now than before. I paid Mr.

Patch $300 to reseal the driveway and fill in the crevices. When he finished, I told him this doesn't look right.

He said he would come back if there was a problem. The driveway is horrible and I'm out $300.

Didn't want a membership. Today I discovered I have been charged $29.99 I don't know how many times.

The one experience I had was a fence repair. The hire demanded a check for the work and Angie's had already taken the charge out of my checking account!

I had to call the sheriff to go after the man who got the check. I never did business with Angie again.

You keep contacting me. I went through your whole torture process of being connected to people.

I was inquiring about purchasing leads, how much you charge, etc. Finally, I spoke with JASON in the BUSINESS SALES CENTER. YOU CANNOT HELP ME. Your charges are $ 400 a month !!!

You had only 1 lead in my deeply remote area of The Great Smoky Mtns. I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES. I requested repeatedly to take me off of the call list, email list, & the FREE SERVICES whereby my company names is posted but not contact info. I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN, PLEASE.

You called me again this AM. What part of I do NOT WANT ANY PART of your service can you not understand ? If you continue to contact me, I am going to file a complaint with the FTC.

Recently I decided to try Angi. We agree on a monthly paying of $800 for about 45 leads.

In the next 6 days from the subscription they sent me 5 leads that when I contacted the potential customer it comes to happen that all those leads were fakes. None of them had any appliances issues and all of them stated having no clue on how Angi got their personal information.

Angi is refusing to cancel the subscription and return my money back.

So be aware of this type of scam and fall into Angis hands.

Hello, good afternoon. I am having a problem with my client's payments.

I haven't received payments for a month and a half. His house is cleaned weekly. The client asserts that the charges have been made to his card, but I haven't seen them in my account since April 19th of this year. I need to know what happened to our money, as it hasn’t been deposited into my account.

Today, I called customer service.

They assured me that there was a mix-up with another cleaner and that they would correct the error and deposit the money, but I have received nothing yet. The client's name is Paul Barbe, his phone number is 80481****, and his email is PAULANMAYDAB@***.COM.

Ive emailed my rep for months and he never responds. I sent an email telling Angis not to charge my C.C till the issues are resolved and they continue to charge my C.C without my consent.

Refund request/rescheduling issue

I rescheduled a booking from 9-1-24 to 9-15-24 with a carpenter thru ANGIs. However I was charged 294.47USD on 9-2-24 even though no service had been performed yet.

Id appreciate a refund or confirmation this amount will be removed from the upcoming project which has an est.of 500.00 USD.

This is the second time in a row Ive been overcharged, the last was by 600.00. I was refunded, but overdrew on my account before I got the money.
